The whole night it said I had full wifi signal but nothing loaded. Finally, the sheets and pillowcases were very worn. It is just outside the old city and it is very easy to get just about anywhere very quickly. The staff were friendly and gave good advice on how to get places. Room was nice and clean and the bed pretty comfortable (keeping in mind beds in Thailand are always hard). We had a king bed in our room. The main staff on reception were great with helping with our booking. However, in the morning there was a younger girl on reception and we asked her to book us a taxi and she hadnt actually booked us one, causing us to be late to a wedding. But, we got there in the end. Just check that taxis are actually booked! It says there is a free shuttle bus from the airport, but when i asked to arrange it, we were told to book a taxi.
