The room was large and bed comfortable. AC worked well and hot water was available in the shower. Property is in a great location in the old city. It's a walk up so be prepared with your bags as there is no help. It can be challenging communicating with the night staff. AVOID AVOID! Leaky toilet, poor cleaning services and I had a couple of marks on the bedding which they tried to charge me 6000 bhat for. After I refused they said they would accept 2750 which I paid after they threatened to call the police and I had a fling to catch. I have not received an invoice from the place saying I still owe them 6000 bhat after paying. Staff must have stolen the money. I have contacted my lawyer who will be reaching out if they contiue to try and scam me. They have an excellent staff who are very warm and helpful. My room was unique in that it's one that is set up for those who like to not utilize the normal tables, chairs or raised beds. So, there's wasn't a chair in the room, which is apparently not the case for all of their rooms. I'm a yogi, so I do like sitting cross-legged on cushions on the floor, but not always for doing extensive work on my computer. So, be prepared to choose the type of room you work well with. They helped us plan our trip to major attractions at Chaing Mai. Very friendly staff. Another best part was that the car/bike/cycle rental was adjacent to the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean and very spacious. Hotel located within walkable distance to most of the temples. We could explore the saturday market and the sunday bazar at walkable distance from the hotel. Breakfast was decent with not much varieties. May be they can include some more varieties or fruits to the menu. The only issue was with the bathroom. There seemed to be some drainage issue. The water was getting accumulating and not getting drained. This was informed to the staff and they said, they will fix it. May be this issue was with our room. Cant say. But overall a great experience.
