The staff were so kind and helpful. While it doesn’t have any frills like a pool, it has all that you need- clean room, comfortable beds for a nice stay in a super walkable location. Next day they changed it to a bigger room due to problem with air condition. It did not have thermostat working. No matter on what temp. you put it, it runs the same. Therefore, we had to turn it off. Fortunately, January was not a hot month. Overall, it was a 2-star hotel but Hotel.com introduced it as 3-star! Even google show it as 2-star.
