Our room - while small - was very clean and updated. The pool was brisk but clean and enjoyable! Our only "complaint" was that there wasn't a chair to sit on in our room - only the bed. As we were there for a week it did become uncomfortable. We did appreciate that the staff did bring us a small wooden chair which helped a bit. It is also super cheap so its hard to really expect anything fantastic. The pool is nice and the room is very spacious. The problems are if you face the road it can be extremely loud at night. The room also was not cleaned any of the days we stayed there. While the location was a good one (close to convenient stores, massage parlours and eateries), the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms could be better. Our first room (ground level) was infested with mozzies and covered with dust webs. They moved us to an upper level room after I gave my feedback and it was much better (cleaner and no mozzies). Their daily room service was basic but worked out for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice layout. It is in an absolute perfect area of the Old Town. It has a nice pool that is a little cold but manageable. They have pool towels at the front desk. The rooms had everything you need including always having hot water. The negatives would be that I had to ask a few times for new bath towels. For some reason, they skipped my room. I stayed for a week. Also, they lacked in pool loungers. They only had four.
