The cafe was never open in the morning (700/800) when it would have been convenient before going on early morning day trips and when I was awoken late at night (100) by loud guests upstairs there was no one at the front desk to assist me. On another night when I was disturbed again by the same loud guests at a similar time someone was at the front desk but I was told I could not be moved because I was checking out that same day. So clearly there was no concern for my comfort or ability to sleep. Also, the tv entertainment options were lacking (unable to connect to apps like YouTube or Netflix). The room was huge, clean, fully stocked with what we needed. It is located on a quiet street very close to all the action of old town Chiang Mai. The staff is amazing. I definitely recommend Old Town Chiang Mai Boutique.
