Our family stay with Sira Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai was absolutely lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and happy to help with everything.

Checked in later at night. No elevator I was on the third floor. Small little hotel you could here everyone in the halls and next to my room. My room was boiling hot, and smelled moldy. Bed was ok. Bathroom lighting was bad as was taking a shower the tub seemed to be an after thought cause the water collected and ran on the floor to the drain anyways. Location was not good. You had to walk over to the main gate area to get any food. The tour lady was awesome and she always called me by name. Another young gentleman was very helpful as well.

Nice hotel. Close to 7-11 however quite its quite far to walk to night bazaar. Staff are so helpful. FYI there is not lift at the hotel, however there’s not much stairs to go up to.

Top Hotel in guter Atmosphäre

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, da eigentlich alles gepasst hat. Ich kann wirklich nichts negatives berichten. Wenn mal was mit der Klimaanlage war, wurde es sofort behoben. Und auch sonst war der Service und die Sauberkeit sehr in Ordnung. Ich war dort für 13 Übernachtungen und es war ein wunderschöne Aufenthalt. Besonderes Lob möchte ich an Frau Tom ausrichten. Sie hat dort die Ausflüge organisiert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch gute und nützliche Tipps habe ich von ihr erhalten. Ich würde dem Hotel mindestens 3 Sterne geben, wenn nicht sogar 3,5

not like pictures in Website / Old / I have booked Family room (1 Double bed 1 Single Bed) But We got Deluxe room plus extra mattress in smaller room (please see pictures attached) ------------------------------------------------ *** Disappointed at Hotels.com . They cannot help anything. .... They said : In this case we have contacted to hotel reservation and they are still confirm it is the same room type. **** Please everyone confirm from my Picture... Clean, comfort and good service

We spent 3 nights and the hotel was in very good conditions, very clean and our room looked as new renovated. The personnel were very kind with us, helping with all of our request and suggesting options for our tours. It is in the north edge of the old city and you can walk or take a tuk-tuk to arrive any where!!!

极其糟糕的一次住宿，欺诈客人！

极其糟糕的一次住宿，完全破坏了旅游的好心情！一、位置靠近主路，门口车水马龙没有一点清迈古城的幽静，更不是网上描述的位于清迈古城极佳位置，而是在古城最外围的马路边很乱，吃、玩都不方便。二、网上订单上是27平方一张双人床和一张单人床，实际到店给的是一间有一张双人床加床尾地下直接铺了个垫子，摆上地铺以后基本就没有下脚的地方了，步测了下不超过15平方，感觉不是旅游是逃荒的！三、当我提出异议后店主态度极其恶劣，店主表示就这样不满意可以另去找宾馆，我在网上已经下订单付款了怎么能换地方呢？以后交涉不知道有多麻烦，只好忍了。四、卫生差，地铺上晚上都是蚂蚁，卫生间浴巾上也是蚂蚁，我都拍下来了有图有真相！

Bien situé

Belle chambre avec immense baignoire à remous mais qui ne fonctionne pas et qu'il faut pratiquement escalader pour y entrer. Pas de fenêtre (en fait si mais donnant sur un mur)donc claustrophobes s'abstenir. Joli décor en bois pour la chambre que nous occupions. Les peignoirs de bain à disposition ne sont pas changés d'un client à l'autre, nous en avons fait l'expérience.
