Etat vétuste : pas d'eau chaude sur le lavabo, linge de toilette propre mais troué, pas de service de petit déjeuner, pas de ménage dans les chambres, hôtel bruyant. Seul avantage la situation au centre-ville historique. Extended my stay here due to feeling that it ticked all the boxes for me as a solo traveller. For the price I couldn't have asked for more. Well worth booking as your initial first stay in chiang mai and then evaluate from there.
