There are few areas could be improved. It's very hard to communicate to staffs both in Thai and English even though they are friendly. Only few staffs can communicate. The check-in counter is not dedicated to guest check-in but also used for staff's admin task. It looks hectic during check-in where the staff talking to each other and walking here and there. The floor mat was not change, no one pic up reception call when I call. I have to walk down and request for new floor mat. The room are full of dust, the floor, room corner, curtain, covered by dust. The Air-con is old, loud noise and not able to specific temperature. They should have use natural fabric bed sheet where it won't create static electricity. The water run very slow, this might because the room is at level 4 of the building. In the horse room, the toilet is completely open to the rest of the room, so no privacy, and the shower floor is covered with marbles in cement, which are excruciating to stand on. The shower itself just dribbles, not enough spray to rinse shampoo out of your hair. Staff were nice and breakfast was ok, but geez.
