The personal was very helpful and every time very sweet and nice. Location wise it was very well placed, quiet but central enough to reach everything on foot. Old mattresses in the hall-wall, not well lite, ashtray on all the tables. You either had hot or cold water. Plus side, good location, very nice people. It was older than it looked in the pictures and not super clean. The beds were pretty hard (we typically prefer firm beds but this was hard). The pools is actually accross the street and theres only 4 chairs, so limited seating, but it wasnt busy when we were there.
