He said that it smells awful in the room when he checked in. But they did not change the room. He could not stay there. He claimed over and over. They said that he can get a refund. Next day, he checked out and move to another hotel. I claimed it but I can’t get a refund because they didn’t approve a refund. I am very disappointed in their policies. Be very careful when you check out. You have to get any documentation that shows details.
