A nice little hotel that's within walking distance to shopping, eateries and such. The room was comfortable and cool. The staff were nice and courteous.
I really enjoyed the location and the staff at this hotel.
You’re always greeted by the front desk employees with a smile.
The breakfast was very good, hot & fresh,
The rooms were well equipped with comfortable bedding.
Will be my new go to hotel when in Chiang Mai!
Rooms were large! Pool was small but nice to lounge in. The property is quite close to multiple night markets and like 60 temples.
I paid for taxi pickup/return and breakfast with the room, both of which were quite good. A small way to improve breakfast might be to have some small signage for the dishes that may be unfamiliar to foreigners- I saw a few people who didn’t know what congee was for example.
Everything a room should have at an excellent price, even English books to read and swap. Good breakfast. Near night market.
Right opposite is a little restaurant, fish and chips are excellent @ 100 baht.

Friendly staff who were helpful. Good breakfast. Good location.
I loved staying here so much I have booked a room two separate times through my time in Thailand. The rooms and hotel have character. Very clean and quiet in the room. Overall 10/10 experience.
Great hotel for a good price right in the middle of Chang Mai. Plenty of dining options nearby along with nearby scooter rentals. Also some wonderful hotel cats!
I had a very early morning check in. When wanting nothing more than a little sleep after long travels; the sheets in the room had not been changed in some time… they were dirty and pilled. The pool appears quite large in the photos online but is very tiny approx 15’x10’ and mostly indoors. Amenities nearby are fantastic with good food, easy walks, good taxi service & fun tours.
The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Any request, they're willing to help. I stayed here to relax in Chiang mai for 2 nights after staying in dorms a lot and I enjoyed it immensely. It was very quiet and the pool area is small but nice. The common area/breakfast area was also a nice place to relax away from my room. A night market is just a short walk away with lots of food options and many other shopping possibilities. Chinatown is also close by. It's also just a quick scooter ride away front the old town. The breakfast was delicious. There's a bit of everything. I enjoyed my stay here a lot and would come again for a relaxing quiet stay.
