Kamala made me feel comfortable the minute we walked in. I had a large room with a private balcony. The air conditioning worked well and the sheets are very soft and snuggly. The place is in a quiet alley with shops and shopping minutes away. Kamala arranged a sightseeing tour and cooking class for me. Both were great! Caretaker tried for three days to fix the ariel for the tv in my room. The bedding and towels were very clean as were the rooms. Free two bottles of water in your room, after that free refills down stairs, free tea and coffee. I deal location really two minutes away from ThaPhae Gate The first room I had was in need of redecorating due to paint coming off, bubbling, tv didn't work for three days, no window view - just a picture hung in front of the window, every morning at 6am the water tank on the roof filled up which was very noisy. After 3 days I was moved to another room (Expedia had split up my booking for some reason???) room better condition, a bit bigger, again sheets, towels and room very clean. Only two channels worked on the tv but I didn't bother saying anything this time as only had a few days left, again no view, still could hear the water but not so bad. Although free tea and coffee it was down in the the reception area so you had to walk up and down to get the drink.
