Our daughter had a Z bed which is normally sprung under the mattress, in this case is twas wooden board which made it hard. I suspected chemicals used in floor cleaning. on complaint staff washed the floor with wet cloths which seemed to fix it. tv does not work and staff could not get it going. This hotel is old.
