The staff didn't really speak English, but still it's ok for us to get the room.We stayed in a big room with two compartments. The low price is proportional to its condition. The room is not as new as shown In the photos. Not an experience I would expect This is an overall terrible experience. When I first got to my room, the light could not be turn on. I switched three other rooms, still no light. Until the very last room, light worked. Front desk staff could not speak and understand English. No wifi in room. Only wifi in lobby. The wifi password changes every day and although it's a good connection, I think our room was one of very few that could connect without having to sit in the hotel reception. The bed was very hard and the air conditioning leaked a few times, spitting ice into every direction, having said all of this, I would still venture back to this hotel due to it's low price and it's location near the mountains and the large MAYA shopping centre. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.
