However, getting a hold of the manager was difficult, she had no office hours, and things came late. Cleaning only came once in an entire week so we were providing our own toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. So many things in the condo didn't work including lights, fridge, microwave, and water kettle. The room was cramped and unclean. Check in to Check out. There is bugs or dust mites on the beds and my boy got a nasty skin rashes and toilet are not clean at all even they charged you Thb200 for clean up before you moved in. The air conditioning is not cold, i guess no gas and Room 515 is vacant with nobody or reception to ask from room keys. Transportation is ok with Grab but off from CBD areas. My recommendation is look for others near to Chiangmai airport. Communication with the PM was great; we exchanged several emails between my questions and our last minute travel changes. The bed was comfy, water hot, room clean, and building quiet. We wound up having to book an extra night in a different room and both were perfect for what we needed. There is a mini store downstairs selling eggs, fruits, veggies, and other basics. There is also a small restaurant where we had breakfast on the last day.
