The staff was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The area is convenient for both shopping and dining, and also provides easy pick-ups and drop off for excursions. My only suggestions would be an improvement to the Wifi, and some more attention to the rooftop pool aa far as cleanliness and upkeep. Overall the hotel is what youd expect. Its clean rooms are sizeable and staff is very nice. They also have parking which is a huge plus since chang mai is super busy.
