Staff were always smiling and helpful. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Room was spacious and spotless, as was the bathroom which had a great shower. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied each day. Moden und neu in 7min Laufdistanz zur Altstadt. Modeerne, grosse Zimmer im schwarz-weiss Look. Freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Frühstück, klein aber fein mit abwechselnden Speisen mit Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Es hat wenig Platz zum sitzen bzw hauptsächlich nur einen grossen Community Tisch. Toll fanden wir das Angebot soviel gratis Wasser zu bekommen wie man möchte. Once we got in, we had a major issue in the room that was promptly resolved and on the following day they addressed the issue again with even more care. Amazing staff!
