When I checkout no one at reception and had to wait for like 20 minutes. The swimming pool is not clean enought. Building is quite old and make a lot noise especially bed. The facilities / changerooms adjoining the swimming area were well below world health standards in cleanliness. That being said the staff were exceptionally helpful including relocating us to another room when our toilet got blocked. Niets ziet er uit zoals op de foto's. Het is een soort backpackers oord met een hippie als manager. We hadden als gezin met 2 kinderen 2 kamers in verschillende gebouwen en hij heeft geen enkele moeite gedaan om ons 2 kamers bij elkaar te geven, terwijl we steeds zagen dat er weer iemand naast ons had uit gecheckt. Zwembad te klein, geen eten te krijgen in het hotel en ontbijt was letterlijk geroosterd witbrood met jam en een ei. Poolbar had alleen bier en cola. Kamers gehorig. Kortom een teleurstelling. We had a medical issue they called a taxi in the middle of the night and requested the driver stay with us so we could get back to our hotel when done. We blew a fuse the first nigh it was raining and couldn't be fixed so they moved us to a different room and had it fixed by 7 am the next morning. I have never stayed any place so customer service oriented. The garden/pool area is ideal for relaxing with plenty of shady areas, and an outside bar. All rooms are a of a very generous size, with outside balconies, and in traditional Thai, teakwood style. Would recommend this resort to anyone wishing a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of the City. Le petit-déjeuner est le pire que j'aie jamais vu - après plus de 40 ans de séjours et de voyages à travers le monde.
