The room was well kept and nicely decorated with a cozy feel. Though the mattress was very firm, the pillows and linens were nice and the room cleaned up daily. The made-to-order breakfast that was included was perfect for our stay- my teens loved their eggs and bacon, and the fresh juice, iced mochas and sticky rice they provided daily. They had filtered water available in addition to the bottles they refilled in our rooms daily. On new years eve, they had such a fun celebration, with all kinds of yummy food and free drinks, as well as gift giveaways. The staff was so friendly and helpful and they generously have us parting gifts when we left. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place in Chiang Mai. The staff was incredible, the grounds were gorgeous and the room was quite nice. It was a little farther walk then I expected (doable, but took 10-15 minutes to get anywhere) but that is my only slight complaint.
