Great location in the old City and a 7-11 is super close. Staff is excellent and very helpful! The only downsides we're that our air conditioner stopped working and we had a ton of ants in our bathroom (although they we're tiny and didn't bite). The wifi stopped working sometimes but we were shown how to reset it. You do need a 1000 baht deposit. Breakfast was great for being free!
