Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend....

Lovely place. Staff so helpful. The self check im is a breeze they send two codes to open gates an doors easy. Rooms will Seawiews are stunning. Breakfast really nice too. When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb.
