The home is well preserved with original hardwood floors and vintage style throughout. The 3500 sq foot property has recently been refurnished to ensure comfort whilst retaining its vintage style offering four bed rooms and a spacious living room, dining room and a modern, well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is complete with a SmartTV and high speed wireless internet is available throughout the property. Central to all that Cheyenne has to offer, one can reach the Capitol building, Wyoming's State Museum , Supreme Court and the Cheyenne Regional Medical center within a short 5 - 10 minutes walk. Walk a further 5 - 10 minutes and you'll find Cheyenne's historic downtown, vibrant restaurant, brewery and bar scene, boutique shops as well numerous museums celebrating Wyoming's western heritage. Head in the opposite direction from the Governor's home, and within 20 -25 minutes find yourself at Lion's park, Cheyenne's world famous Botanical garden, Frontier Day's famous Rodeo and Concert facilities and the Frontier days old west museum.
