Although the room was comfortable, the whole property could use a total refresh. This hotel is on the outskirts of town but a short drive to town, such as it is. There is an Outback Steakhouse in the same parking lot which is convenient.

The pictures on Expedia do not accurately represent the properties display. Was made to look decent. The place is efficient for our needs, but would have gone to a different place if we had been able to see accurate pictures beforehand. There was mold and run down stuff in our room and that was after they “upgraded” our stay to be nice. We appreciated it, but we wonder what the non upgraded rooms would have looked like… the place was just scary lookin, 2/5 a scary movie set. The staff were disrespectful, the front desk people were nice, but breakfast staff and housekeeping not so much. Breakfast was okay. No healthy options at all

The room was not vacuumed properly there was food and Pepsi bottles underneath the bunk bed. One of the lamps did not work in the room. The room seemed very dark. Also the sink drain did not lift up to let the water go down. The carpet in the room was dingy and dirty and needs to be shampooed. The coffee pot in the room was dirty and could not be used. The lamps had a layer of dust on them and cracks on the shades. Behind the furniture was not vacuumed for quite some time. Cleaning staff can do a way better job! Front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

This hotel is directly across the road from the train tracks, it’s very loud. There was a Gatorade bottle and cheese it’s on the floor, and very limited electrical outlets.

Decent hotel for a night's stay on a road trip. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good (hot and cold options). The kids really enjoyed the pool! My only complaint was the guest laundry was out of service, but I understand these things happen.

The place was clean and the room was fine. The location was ok but a fair amount of traffic & Train noise. I was a bit confused as whether they had a working elevator or not.

We invited our 10 year old great grandson for the first night and the staff were very nice about it. He’s a talker and they listened and interacted with him very courteously. Then my husband got sick and needed to stay for a late checkout and we were graciously accommodated. My thanks and appreciation for all the TLC!

A coworker and I stayed one night while traveling through. My coworker found clothing from the room's previous occupant left on the door of her bathroom and the window on her ground floor room would not lock. I found used towels from the previous occupant of my room both on the door of my bathroom and hanging from the shower curtain.

I love how quiet the rooms are. This is our second stay and both times we really enjoyed the quietness due to their rooms being more sound proof then many hotels.

We ended up with the hotels.com room as I call it the room was upstairs facing the highway and train tracks the trains were running all night and the noice was bad so very little sleep we asked for extra pillows got one only staff not very friendly breakfast was sub par

Dirty don't go
Did not even end up staying ! We were given 2 rooms and both of them had not even been cleaned. There were 2 other guest having the same experience! Don't waste your time !

The hostess was sweet that was doing breakfast. It looked like they rushed to update it as we had lots of old paint showing through the new green paint in our room. The hot tub was down and the biggest issue was the lack of hot water. We called at 9:30 pm saying we had no hot water. They told us wait 30 minutes we should have some as a bus of basketball players had got back about an hour before so they must have taken the hot water. 3 hours later I still could not wash the pool water off my kids and they went to bed. We had luck warm water at 7 am but only enough for half a tub then it was cold. This is not sanitary. My poor daughter rising her hair in cold water to get the chlorine off her hair.
