Ideally located at the tip of a small peninsula, the home provides more than 180 degrees of water views down almost the lake's entire length. Inside, you'll find a continued focus on the beautiful water views with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Two levels feature spacious rooms, including a living area. This lower level has walk-out patio doors with a path that meanders down to the sandy beach and the newly built dock. From both sides of the wraparound upper deck, you'll enjoy panoramic, sweeping views of Loon Lake that will take your breath away. Stay at this peaceful and unique home, and make vacation memories that will last a lifetime. Things to Know Dock will accommodate one boat up to 18 feet in length Please note the upper deck has an open railing to preserve the view - be sure to supervise children closely \*Trash service is not available at this property. This property is located in an area administered by the Adirondack Park Commission. As with many remote homes in Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Chestertown Landfill/Transfer Station. We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days. This property is managed by Vacasa New York LLC Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Dock details: No more than one boat to be used on the dock by the renters; the boat is to be no longer than 18 feet long. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) There is no air conditioning despite the thermostats and the price so bring extra fans. It is also very dark at night as the lighting is limited. While the home could use some updating, it was clean, comfortable, and you can’t beat the location if you’re looking for a fun and relaxation time on the lake. The lakefront property / lake access is great - complete with a boat dock, floating dock for swimming, small beach, kayak, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The wrap around deck is great for relaxing with beautiful views. Very convenient location - just a few miles from the highway, a few stores nearby, farmers market on Wednesday’s and 25 minutes to Lake George.
