The Good: View of River across the road; probably the best equipped kitchen of anyplace we’ve stayed. The Bad: sticky kitchen counter we had to clean before using; no air conditioning; the full & twin are a bunk bed - coffin-like; key box was hanging open when we arrived & access code did not work. The Ugly: no cell phone service; basement/lower level was unusable & musty, with odor wafting up to the main living area; photos of the property fail to disclose an unsightly junk pile next to the driveway, stained ceiling tiles, mildew on the basement fridge, dirt & spider webs in many places and many other less desirable features. Look carefully at fees - Be aware thirty percent of the cost of this place was for fees and cleaning, and the cleaning fee was not worth it. ##### Cynthia D. For the price, it’s a really great deal! All lights were off during the day because of all the natural light. Only thing is there is no AC, so if you get hot easily, this is not a great place if you’re staying in during the day. With all windows open and the upstairs vent on upstairs to get heat out, it gets really nice and cool at night for sleeping. The beds are super comfortable too ##### Justin K.
