On the ground floor is a fully equipped combined kitchen/dining area / living room and downstairs W/C. This home is for accommodation purposes only. Parties, events, and functions are not permitted. Guests must respect our neighbours and comply with out quiet hours (9:30PM - 8:00AM)

Good house for big groups

Positives: -Good for a girls trip away. The bedroom set up was perfect with lots of single beds - ideal for groups. Three bathrooms is helpful too. - Good location as close to the city centre. - Great communication from host before and during our stay. Negatives: - No mirrors in bedrooms which was difficult for a group of girls getting ready. Very dim lighting too. - WiFi was very temperamental and hardly worked. - Floors are really creaky so you can hear when anyone walks about. - The house is right next to a busy road which is disturbing when trying to sleep. - Curtains needed on all bedroom windows as street lights glare in through blinds. - One of the toilets seat was broken. - Kitchen light switch is hidden behind fridge which took us ages to find.
