Perfect location for girls trip to Chester, good size space, on road parking, less than £5 under into town and 10 min walk to lovely local eateries around Hoole for breakfast, single mattresses not the best but absolutely fine for one night thanks so much x

Comms for access/check-in details was awful. Still in the dark as we set off on the day. While driving there, they called saying the house wasn't available due to a leak, so moved us to a different one nearer the town centre. Not ideal since no garden or parking, but said they would refund the parking fees. I'm still waiting for that refund 2 weeks later! No comms for over a week now despite sending receipts as requested. Broken glass on the bedroom floor which my sister nearly stood on too! Not impressed at all. The location in town was fine, and the place was clean (notwithstanding the broken glass issue) but certainty not a good experience.
