Check in was quick and staff were lovely with helping with luggage (no lift). Hotel was in a very clean condition as was the room. It’s not in the city centre but there is a bus stop outside that comes every half n Hour. Room itself was spacious, but the bathroom was quite small. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but for one night it wasn’t a big issue.

Basic but clean hotel, nice staff & an easy 15min walk into town. Good 3 star hotel for one night. Not comfortable enough for more I didn’t think. One hard pillow, small towels, unpredictable shower temperature, broken TV remote . Coffee & Tea in room, easy parking & quiet.

On arrival they tried to charge me the full amount when I had already paid half as a deposit. Not a great start. Room was very small and a little tired but clean. Bathroom very clean. Bed was comfy but pillows were thin and very firm. Not a great night’s sleep thanks to whining of an extractor fan somewhere in the hotel that went on all night and very thin curtains which meant an early wake up. Great location though.

Weekend stay

We had good stay , great location to town Clean tidy friendly staff Car park on site , room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was great I’m gluten intolerant and no problem had gluten free sausages as well 😀
