The location was perfect. Even though we weren’t in the barn long, it was a nice little place to stay. The owner was great with communication. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We met the host outside and she was lovely! Great communication and a great playground outside for the kids. The home and yard are so pretty and it’s extremely peaceful. The home was very clean and decorated nicely. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. We also enjoyed the outdoor area which is beautiful and large, which worked great with our little Maltese, Abbey. The host is extremely kind and communication with her was easy and she responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. We loved this place is much. This home was very nice inside. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable. The house was stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the play area out back. I loved reading the property story. You can tell the home is loved. It was about 40 min. from VA Beach. The next day we drove about an hour went to Kitty Hawk, NC, Nags Head. There are a lot of things to do within an hours drive. If you just want to do nothing and relax you can do that here. We would definitely rent again. :) ##### R R. It’s so clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and both the host and cleaning lady are very friendly! It was equipped with all the necessities and has stores close by to get anything else that we needed. We have no complaints. Some of our favorite moments on the trip were spent relaxing here.
