Admission fees and additional details about rules and prices for weekends and holidays can be found on their website. While our home is conveniently located across from the beach and campground, please note that we are not directly affiliated with Calvert County Park and Recreation, who manage the beach. We do not provide passes or access into the beaches. Embrace coastal living at our Breezy Point home, where convenience meets beachfront charm. The property boasts family-friendly features including direct beach access, a spacious double deck with BBQ facilities, and a screened porch for serene evenings. Inside, essential amenities like a washer/dryer enhance your stay. Located just a short drive from the historic sites of Annapolis and the bustling city of Washington D.C., it’s the perfect base for exploration and relaxation. We strive to provide a clean and healthy environment for our guests and this home is also for the personal use of my family and children. We invite you to share this space with us therefore we have implemented a very strict non-smoking policy, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices inside or in any surrounding common areas. All Smoking should be done at least 8 feet away from the property. There’s a gorgeous beach right across the street. My family and I spent many hours walking the beach looking for beach glass and shark teeth, which were surprisingly plentiful. Minor issue upon check in, the wrong entry code was given prompting us to reach out to guests services. Once the host was contacted, check in was simple. Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. The floors throughout could have been mopped prior to our stay, we noticed upon walking barefoot and with white socks on. The master shower had blonde hair strands from previous guests.
