On 2 levels ( R+1), the villa of Andalusian style is charming and spacious with a harmonious decoration. The residence is not overloaded with world all year long and especially from September till June. The area is popular with golf enthusiasts. Activities such as swimming, horse riding, cycling, walking, jogging and fishing can be enjoyed in the surrounding area. The site is 35 km from Rabat, 55 km from Casablanca. In addition to the local shops on the premises and in the town of Bouznika, you have 2 Hypermarkets nearby at 20 and 35 km respectively.
