"We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. Hotel management would not make themselves available to deal with the situation.The hotel is dated. ..."

"1 - The advert text and photographs on Expedia were misleading, there was misinformation and downright fake claims 2 - There were photographs of 3 bedrooms.
