Please make sure toilets work properly. The main level overflowed the first time used. Became unusable. We had a 79 year old on the first floor bedroom and I would have to get up with her in the middle of night to walk her up and down the stairs to get her to the upstairs bathroom.that part not pleasant. I feel some compensation should be returned for inconvenience. Calls made daily for repair , never came.
