The owners respond right away if you need anything or have questions. The location was perfectly centered for all activities. We did white water rafting , kayaking and swimming at lake Fontana, while my husband enjoyed the tail of the dragon. All of which is in close proximity to the house. Well stocked with items we might need, no cookie sheet or pizza pan! Location is fantastic close to many things. There is a steep hill down to the lake, a house next door that is really close and a pretty busy road on the other side but over all it was so quiet and beautiful. The owner communicated quickly and were very helpful. We would stay again and would bring more people! It was clean, quiet, close to fishing/hiking with plenty of room! We had 6 adults 2 children ages 5 and 3 and 2 infants under 2\. There were 3 levels which gave each family their own space but also the main level which was great for gathering during the day. The home had everything we needed and the Christmas decorations were lovely. The fireplace and rocking chairs on the deck were a fav, also the view of the pond and surrounding area was nice. The home was clean except for one issue, the stove had something spilled in the bottom of it, looked like grease, so we were unable to use it. Thankfully, there are two full kitchens so we were able to use the one downstairs. The hosts were very responsive, I had one question during our stay and they were quick to accommodate. The house is very nice, comfortable and clean. Check-in was a bit stressful but it all worked out. I believe the pond has been over fished to the point of there not really being any fish in there which was a bit of a disappointment to some of our party. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. We love this home. We enjoyed it even with the rain, the perfect place to spend time. The only thing we had an issue with is that all the beds have really firm mattresses. Really firm let me tell you. Just be prepared for that if you stay. ##### Shayne C.
