"The front desk staff was horrible. We simply asked for an extended check out. We were denied. Not even an option to pay for an extended check out. Then.. we paid for a room with a Jacuzzi tub. It didn't work. At check out we told them the problem and were told the button was hard to turn on. NO!! ..."

Old lumpy uncomfortable mattress, a lot of dark mold/mildew in the shower and bath floor tile, no (or broken) AC in the common sitting areas on a 90 degree day so it felt like a sauna, entrance doors with most of the paint worn off.
