Located 8 kms from Chalons en Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry le François, you will find peace and quiet to rest with your family. To entertain you, you will find a petanque area for young and old with equipment available as well as some games for children.

Châlons-en-Champagne: Here you will find a charming covered market three times a week (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday), a city known for its rich historical sites, pretty gardens and two UNESCO-listed churches. Followed perhaps by a detour to see the 15th century, Gothic-style Basilica of Notre-Dame at L'Epine. Take a canal cruise to admire the impressive architecture of the city along the water. In July and August, there is a waterfront "beach" with sun loungers on the lawns, a large sandpit, pony rides, plenty of games and canoes or pedal boats around the canal. Visit Joseph Perrier's extensive chalk cellars. From Chalons, you can also take the train to Paris for a remarkable day of exploring this city or head to Disneyland Paris for a special day out for the family.
Then, head to the "champagne route" which will take you through idyllic villages where you can taste and buy champagnes. There are small producers who will have you sitting around their kitchen table to taste their wines, others who will take you on a bike tour through the vineyards. Some champagne producing villages not to be missed include Avize, Vertus and Cramant.
