Clean room, excellent water pressure, friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions via app, location is near Myeongdong. However we returned to one particular Korean BBQ restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. Laundry in the basement gave clear instructions on how to operate macines and how to pay.

Clean, quiet and great location! Anything you want is within a 2 to 10 minute walk. We’ve stayed here 3 times now.

The staff was wonderful there was someone to come by every day to clean the room. Also, it was very easy to access all shopping centers plus local dining.

⭐⭐ Disappointing Stay – Hotel Needs Major Updates Unfortunately, our stay was well below average. The rooms were outdated, with terrible, worn-out furniture that made it feel more like a one-star hotel. The entire hotel is in desperate need of renovation and modernization. The location was okay, but the service was very disappointing. We had a lot of luggage and asked the reception staff for assistance. Instead of helping, they laughed and spoke among themselves in Korean, which felt extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience. The hotel definitely needs improvements in both its facilities and customer service.

Best place to come as a family. There is a full kitchen with a large living room and a desk if you need to work. Amazing view and location. There are 3-4 coffee shops in the same building, convenience store, spa and golf practice area and many more in the same building. Lotte shopping mall is also right next to the hotel and so many good food places around. I will definitely come again next year.
