Our train was to leave at a later time and we asked for some extra grace time. Initially the staff was uncompromising on our situation. However, the Hotel manager Mr. Balaji was very helpful. Rooms are very small and and not worth for money. This hotel was a overall good experience, the staff wa friendly, breakfast served was continental and indian, so that's kind of nice for the price paid. Situated close to the US embassy, ten minutes walk.
