Internet was not working in my room. I checked in at 4 pm and they were struggling to fix internet issue till night 8 pm. I told them to leave it as I wanted to sleep. The same issue with TV, there were no Hindi channels. The supervisor offered to change the room at night 8:30. Totally horrible experience, never going to stay there again.

Property is overall good, be extremely careful about reviewing bills and payments, you might lose money otherwise. Always have receipts for cash payments, otherwise payments can repeat and you might end up losing cash. Keep record for everything. Cleanliness overall good but the bathrooms are leaky.

What I liked : courteous staff; professional; clean. Housekeeping requires special mention. What I did not like was the traffic roundabout in front of the Hotel (which is of course, beyond the control of the Hotel).

Excellent position for what I needed

The staff were excellent in every way and most helpful. The Reception people were polite and did all they could to make my 6 nights in the hotel as comfortable as possible. The room was spotlessly clean and extremely well serviced every day. The Sea Breeze Restaurant was delightful. Marvellous buffet breakfasts and superb evening meals. The place was a real treat and my stay there was most enjoyable. ALL of the staff are a credit to the management, who I am sure are proud of them. I hope to stay there again.

Good stay with slowest wifi connection on earth

Was Great, very Spacious rooms and and clean however do not expect everything published on their website as there are plenty of things not available. Very slow or unavailable wi fi connection. I have to use my 4G network as 99% time network is too slow or not available.
