The rooms are well equipped with TV, mini fridge, wardrobes, comfortable beds and the bathrooms have geyser, toiletries and dental kit. The service of the staff is really praiseworthy in that they make sure all the needs of the residents are taken care of quickly. Overall, it was a great experience for all of us and we'd definitely be staying here once we're in Chennai again. There are 2 things that need improvement. 1\. Breakfast/food in general: Lacked day to day variety. Felt like eating the same thing everyday. Could have better flavors and options. 2\. Since my room was on the ground floor adjacent to one of the mini lobbies and the driveway it felt a bit noisy at times when guests arrived/left the premises. Maybe a sign or rules to have absolute silence during the hours of 11pm - 7am would be helpful. Other than these I would highly recommend this rather over looked property which is in a great location in Chennai.
