When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel couldn't find my booking. This hotel is in a great location, is clean, comfortable and festive for the Christmas holiday. The only incident we had was when checking in, they were unable to find our reservation. They gave us the room we booked and held a credit card in case they couldn't find our reservation. However, hotels.com immediately took care of it and within 12 hrs the reservation was found. The hotel is super convenient and within walking distance of the Wenshu temple, many delicious restaurants and even a hot pot place. We had breakfast each morning which was always hot and had a great mix of western and Chinese options. Taxi from the airport to the hotel is about 40 min and around 62 rmb and from the hotel to the airport is around the same. The easiest way to get to panda center is via taxi which is around 30-40 rmb and around 45 minutes. The staff even helped us map out how to get to Leshan and wrote down what we needed to say.
