It has a super-king bed, which can be split into two singles (on request at the time of booking) and a second bedroom with two further single beds. Walking distance to Cheltenham's festivals, restaurants, and bars! Along with free parking. The apartment is on the 1st floor, with a security entrance to the building. The open-plan living area is to the front and includes a period gas fireplace with marble surround a HD Smart TV. There is a small balcony that overlooks the green below. The living area includes a dining area, a regency-style kitchen with modern appliances, and a breakfast bar. Both bedrooms are at the back of the building and come with hotel-quality, crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries. There is a brand new bathroom that has been fitted in December 2025\. It has a stunning, large walk in shower with marble effect wall tiles. There is also a brand new sink, toilet and mirror with built in light. Free Parking: A complimentary on-street parking permit (digital pass) can be provided. Please note this can only be guaranteed when requested at time of booking. Please also provide your car's licence plate number. There are also two unallocated residence parking bays at the front of the property and plenty of pay and display parking spaces for additional vehicles. Please note that no pets, smoking, or vaping are permitted throughout the property. Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot). CHECK IN Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. CHECK OUT Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Guests will have access to the whole property. My property is managed by Pass the Keys® Cotswolds, led by Tim and supported by Andrea and Caroline. They are based here in the Cotswolds and are able to offer local expertise before, during and after your stay! The team have many years experience in managing listings and will ensure my property is professionally cleaned and guest ready ahead of your arrival. They also provide 24/7 guest support. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. The bathroom was in need of updating, at the very least a new mold-free shower curtain. Kitchen needed some kind of lamp, as at night it was very dark. Tea kettle also needs replacing as there was mold or fungus inside. Sofa needs replacing. We literally sank deep in all but one place.
