The light and airy open plan design encompasses the sitting area, dining area and kitchen, bestowing a feel of space and offering a natural flow between home and garden. The sitting room, with its sumptuous range of comfy seating and cinema sized TV, is perfect for those cosy nights in, and it also leads through into the large conservatory via bi-fold doors, giving wonderful views of the garden. The garden itself is a stunning outside space that can be enjoyed all year round, with plenty of seating areas and even a putting green! The area is quite secluded and very quiet but ideal for a peaceful break. The garden is a great size but unfortunately due to the weather we didn't get the use of it. Its location is ideal for getting to all the great places the Cotswolds has to offer and would stay here again in the future. Set in a very quiet area with a large secluded garden. Everything you need and more is provided - I’ve never seen so many books in a holiday cottage. The beds are comfortable and the lounge is really cosy to relax in. It feels like staying in a well-loved family home. Must say a big thank you to the property manager, Richard, who was extremely helpful - especially when we managed to lock ourselves out - beware of the Yale lock! Because we were there in November we took logs for the woodburner, but didn’t use it as it’s tucked away in the dining room, which we didn’t need use. There is everything you need in the main open plan area of the house. The location and garden are lovely. The downside is that there is no pub, or any other amenity you can walk to, but there is lots of choice a short drive away. If you want peace and quiet it’s perfect. Overall we loved it and thought it was great value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the generous living spaces and the beautiful garden. Having everything on a single level is a huge bonus. We especially loved the well-stocked library, the excellent quality TV, and a kitchen that truly has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. The hosts went above and beyond, even putting up a Christmas tree, which made our stay feel extra special and festive. The property itself is of a very high quality spec but also feels like a lived in home which is great. The contents and layout had everything you could need and more and of high quality, the additional annex is a real bonus and you certainly want for nothing at the property. The property itself is very large, more than what you expect, the conservatory was the added bonus and again a great size area with lots of seating and views of the garden There is a fantastic garden and patio area including a putting green. It was a lovely peaceful week we had, the area is great and not too far to travel to some other great places in the Cotswolds. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break but within easy distance to other areas then this is perfect.
