The village is lovely and quiet. The cottage is in a perfect location and was clean, modern, well appointed and tidy. If you like walking there are a number of walks just outside the front door. There was parking which was outlined on the driveway next to the house. However, this was not made clear in the pre arrival documentation and is a big plus which should be better publicised. There is just a tiny point to mention and that is the fire in the living room sits on a raised tile which is almost invisible and we both accidentally and painfully stubbed our toes during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt well situated to experience the surrounding areas.
