Cleanliness could have been a lot better, fridge and oven were dirty, the dishwasher had old/mouldy food by the filter and smelt really bad, taps in bathroom were dirty & the dispenser drawer on the washing machine as very dirty. Had only 2 forks available for use. No fan. No cleaning products available. Had no access to smart tv originally until a complaint was made. No directions to code for bin store given.
