Beautiful hotel. The staff was incredible and very helpful with anything we needed and made sure we had clean towels, etc each day and if we asked for anything they got it in a timely manner. Breakfast was a hit with everyone too!!

I would like to say that I had a great time in this hotel and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and smelled clean. I was so impressed by their honesty when my daughter left her iPad by mistake, they called me and the hotel manager went out his way to ship the iPad to us in Jersey, I am so grateful

We were there for 2 nights visiting Lowell and families. The property itself was clean and nice but the elevator entrance is a bit confusing.. I was surprised how big the room was. It was clean and spacious. It has a small kitchenette with minimal utensils, with a small sink, and a good size refrigerator. Breakfast was good… regular options like any free breakfast and not a lot of choices but enough to fill you up. Will definitely stayed there again.

We had a great stay\! The place was extremely clean and spacious, which was perfect for our family of four\. We arrived early, and they were kind enough to let us check in early, which was a huge plus\. The complimentary breakfast was great, and we loved that coffee and tea were available throughout the day\. The gym was also very clean and open 24 hours, which was a nice bonus\. Our only downside was that the EV charger wasn’t working with our Tesla\. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience\. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again\!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and professional. The elevator that we had to use was dirty on the outside door and inside door. Looked like something was thrown on it. It was somewhat uncomfortable to see a sign inside saying if the elevator shuts off, toggle the switch with a photo of the switch. The number of the front desk was also posted in the elevator.
