Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer
Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1 pet welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the ground of the property, 100 yards.. Situated in the Chelmer Valley with stunning views towards the River Chelmer, The Old Calf House is set on the owner’s 500-acre farm with footpaths and bridleways. This single-storey detached farm building is located in a beautiful, but little known part of the Essex countryside, ideal for cycling, bird watching or walking. Just a few minutes’ drive is Papermill Lock with canal and country walks, canal cruises and a tea room. Visit Maldon with a range of shops, restaurants and promenade park, the RHS garden at Hyde Hall, 8 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
