Did you use the sofa bed? If you used the living room pull out sofa bed, please either leave it open or remove the used linens and put them on the ground so we know the linens need to be replaced.
Adjust AC Temperature - If your stay is between the months of May to September, please set the AC to 72℉ before you check out.
If your stay is outside of the above months, please turn off the AC.
Turn Off Electronics
Please turn off the kitchen stove, oven, and all of the TVs before you check out.
If you used the living room or bedroom wall heaters, please turn them off as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No pets or smoking. Max 4 guests, and adult 25 years + must be present during the stay. Quiet Hours 10 PM–8 AM. Cameras onsite. Be respectful & tidy.
