  • GrandView Lake View 517 condo is a beautifully appointed waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets. 

    Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full luxury bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, a cozy electric fireplace, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room.  

    The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

    The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

    Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

    Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Grandview. It was early fall so it was a bit too cold to be in beautiful Lake Chelan... but our lakeside view was beautiful and the room was great.
