Grandview #635 This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, third floor waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a King bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

I believe it was a bit overpriced for the location, but overall it was a really enjoyable place. Love the pool and the ability to get into the lake right off the pool. It was really close to downtown stuff. You could just walk. Check-in process was really easy

Condo was clean, nice large deck to sit and enjoy the sunrise! The pool was smaller than I thought and the water was murky. Looked like it hadn’t been clean in weeks.

Issues

The stove drawer was hard to use being as it was broke. There was a leak in the bathroom that had created black mold on the walls. The 2nd day we were there I got a call because our toilet had leaked through the floor to the room below. It seemed like our room was the only one not renovated compared to all the other rooms we saw. Also the 2nd day there they turned my key off and I had to go have them reset it even though I was staying for 5 days.

The room was great, staff was rude

We have stayed at the Grandview in the past. You can’t beat the location or the views. The check in staff was extremely rude and very short upon arrival. Not at all the experiences that we’ve have a many other resorts in the chelan area. To say the least we feel as a whole it has gone downhill there and will not be returning.

Unit was fine

The unit itself was fine enough. My issue is with the rest of the property, mainly the pool and hot tub. There is only one pool, which is not very large given the size of the complex, it’s dirty, and so is the hot tub. The other issue is the lack of safety at the pool. The WA Dept of Health dictates that pools should be surrounded by a fence with a self latching gate. Unfortunately the access gate at this pool is not self latching, which means that most of the time, the gate is left open and small children can wander in. It’s terribly unsafe. For this reason, I will never bring my young family to stay here again.

Pros: location is great. If you have a boat or kayaks, paddle boards and want easy access to the lake and a short walk into town this is a great location. Our kids had fun at the water slide at the pool (although the pool water looks a little murky/cleanliness is questionable). Was nice that they provided pool towels. Cons: the room feels like a dark cave. Shower didn’t drain well and the long carpet kind of grossed me out. Overall just felt dated and and old. We stayed for 3 nights. We had fun in Chelan and the accommodations were fine but not sure I would stay there again unless nothing else was available (which is how we ended up there this time)

Switcheroo

We booked this unit for a romantic get away and wine tasting weekend in Chelan. At the last minute the property management switched us to another unit on the ground floor that was like a cave. There was no explanation just that they had to change our unit. In the replacement unit the was no heat and the deadbolt didn't work. The overall appearance was shabby. The property in general needs work, or at least some paint. We made the best of the weekend but it started out disappointing. I will not return to this property.

This is a great property and great location but the Managment and over staff seemed way over worked and therefore check in was 2 hrs late… and our water was turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The staff was not armed well with handling vacationers and seemed to have no idea what was going on. Bad overall service.

Perfect for a home away from home

This condo had all the amenities of home, like the washer and dryer in the unit, bbqer, pots and pans, knives, even salt and pepper! There were fish in the lake out front. The kids loved the water slide pool. We were close to restaurants, grocer stores, and shopping within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back and loved the stay!

Great location with access by foot to downtown Chelan. Easy to get just about anywhere in town by foot, and short driving time to locations on either side of the lake. Room was clean, overall good experience.

We had a blast! The weather was perfect and the location looked for a quick walk for dinner and we enjoyed a longer early morning river walk. Wineries in the area! Beautiful weather and a comfy bed to return to. We wished the pool was open while we were there.

Enjoyable beginning and end to a day. Particularly nice bed linens. The dining set and bar stools are my only complaint. Very cheap and I felt like they were about to Break. I would not let my family sit in them. Everything else was great and I booked last minute so I was happy to have found a place on short notice.
